Efforts are underway to regulate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in mental healthcare on both the federal and state levels. Building on the Â鶹´«Ã½Íøվ’s and the APA’s recent reports on AI in mental healthcare, this panel brings together experts in the current policy/regulatory landscape to discuss current and proposed policies, where they see the need for more (or less) regulation, and why.
