Los Angeles Members’ Reception: Science and Creativity

The Los Angeles Committee invited members' and their guests to a discussion and reception. The program included the presentation of the Rumford Prize to this year’s recipient, Andrea M. Ghez, followed by a conversation highlighting how creativity and imagination fuel scientific discovery, and how science inspires artistic expression. The event was also an opportunity to welcome new Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ President Laurie Patton, connect with fellow Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ members, and visit the California Science Center.
