This roundtable discussion at Washington University in St. Louis is inspired by the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s Public Face of Science project. Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Fellows Jonathan Losos, and Peter Raven, and Barbara Schaal will discuss strategies and opportunities for science communication and engagement in St. Louis.
Erica Kimmerling, the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s Hellman Fellow in Science and Technology Policy, will present insights from the recently released Public Face of Science publications Perceptions of Science in America and Encountering Science in America, as well as discuss findings from the project, before facilitating a conversation focused on the St. Louis science ecosystem.
