Induction Weekend 2025 featured Kenny Leon, a new member who is a director, producer, and actor who has won a Tony Award and founded a theatre company and a production company, in conversation with David M. Rubenstein, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of The Carlyle Group, who is a member of the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s Board.
Their conversation followed the announcement of the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s new Legacy Recognition Honorees, which included a video address from John Legend (who serves on the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s Anti-Racism Committee) and a video of Nina Simone, who was named a Legacy Honoree, singing .
